PHYSICAL REBALANCING SESSION

By Pierre Neault, therapist

Pain or physical ailments
affect your quality of life?

It may be helpful to seek physical rebalancing if you are experiencing chronic or recurring pain or physical ailments that affect your quality of life.

The causes of an unbalanced body can be numerous, and can cause chronic or recurring pain:

  • Back pain

  • Torticollis cervicalgia

  • Shoulder pain

  • Lower back pain

  • Tendonitis in elbow, hand, ankle...

  • Tendon irritation

  • Torsion of joints

  • Sprains and strains of the knee and ankles

  • Stretching the ligaments

  • Pinched sciatic nerve...

How to test your body's imbalance?

Several measurements can be easily taken at the shoulders, ears, shoulder blades, and feet. In cases of skeletal imbalance, the discrepancies are visible to the naked eye.

These measurements are taken by the therapist before and after the treatment to check the physical rebalancing of the body.

You can also check this imbalance for yourself as explained in the video.

How a physical rebalancing session works

During a session, the therapist considers the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the individual to restore physical and mental balance, as the two are often closely linked. Thoughts, emotions, and the body are intrinsically linked, hence the imbalance or distortion of the body.

Here are the steps of a rebalancing session:

  1. - Checking the body and its twists (taking measurements)

  2. - Explanation of the underlying causes of physical symptoms (pain, illnesses)

  3. - Explanation of the origin of twists

  4. - Body check to confirm that the twisting has disappeared (measurement)

  5. - Explanation of the phenomenon and implications in the future (changes)
